Services
This is a list of most (not all) services that we provide. Please reach out via email or phone call to set up an appointment or consultation.
Installation of Technology
- Webcams
- Doorbells and Door locks (NOT security systems.
- Any Virtual Assistance programs and hardware. Such as Alexa, or Google Nest.
- Smart TVs and Applications (Apps)
- Computer Set up, including email, basic programs, and internet.
- Other devices like printers, routers, WIFI extenders.
- Phones, both Apple and Android.
- Tablets and Bluetooth devices
- Home Office Set Ups.
Troubleshoot of Technology
NOTE: Physically broken systems we are not currently able to assist with. We can assist with:
- Troubleshooting any items listed under Installation.
- Connection Issues between devices and internet, or device to device.
- Application (App) Issues
- Bluetooth connection issues
- Email Issues
- Home Office Set Ups
Technological Instruction
We will happily show you how to do any of the things that you hire us to accomplish as we are installing, or fixing them. We also can provide multiple lessons for each of these services as needed.
Costs
Consultations
$20 per hour, minimum 1 hour, onsite. (Within 20 miles, see Travel Cost.)
Installations and Troubleshooting
$30 per hour, minimum 1 hour, onsite. (Within 20 miles, see Travel Cost.)
Instructional Sessions
$50 per Session @ 2 hours. Additional hours at $15/ (Within 20 miles, see Travel Cost.)
Travel Cost
No additional charge within 20 miles. $1/mile extra over 20 miles.

We will always try to address issues and fix them to the best of our abilities, however, some problems are outside of our scope and we will instruct you on the best course of action to move forward.
Please keep in mind any warranties that you may have on products as that will help with some issues. Also, please note that we do not own or invest in the products that we might help you with.
